What types of signs do you make?

The talented fabricators at Julie's Sign Shop can make virtually anything. There is a wide list of styles, substrates, lighting and mounting options for any sign project. What geographical areas do you work in?

Julie's Sign Shop Services all of northern Nevada including Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Fallon, Winnemucca, and Elko.

Can you reach it?

Yes. Our fleet of crane and bucket trucks can reach almost anything. In some rare circumstances specialized equipment will be necessary to complete a job, but our staff of expert installers have the know how to source the correct equipment and implement it.

What are your warranty terms?

We warranty any permanent sign for 12 months including parts and labor. Temporary signs like banners and A-frames are just that, temporary, but we stand by our products and our processes and will work hard to make sure you are happy with your end result.

What types of payments do you accept?

We can accept most credit cards, checks, and cash.

Do you offer financing?

On large projects we do offer financing. Contact us today and a Project Manager can set you up with the financing department once your sign is approved and ready to be built.

Do I need a permit?

Permitting signs is something we do a lot of. You will need a permit for most permanent signage, but we'll handle that for you.

How long does it take?

On larger projects you can expect 3-6 weeks for the permitting process and 3-6 weeks for manufacturing. We do our best to get your signs up in a hurry, but quality takes time. Small signs can usually be in your hands in 3-5 business days.

Do you offer a rush service?

No. We value each customer equally, and do not offer to let customers "cut in line" ahead of others for a fee. When you request a quote, please specify your deadline and our Project Managers will do their best to meet it.

Whats the best way to send you my logo or artwork?

You can easily uplaod your artwork files here. For large signs, we'll need what is called "vector" artwork. These files typically end in a .ai, .eps, or .pdf file type.
